Refund Terms & Deductions

Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at no cost if they have not yet been handed over to our courier partner.
- After Dispatch: If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer is liable to pay the Logistics/Shipping charges incurred for both the outward and return journey.
