- Mandatory Unboxing Video: For a damage claim to be valid, customers must record a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel. This video serves as essential proof for our logistics partners.
- Immediate Communication: After sending the video evidence to info@electrolightinghome.com or our official WhatsApp, customers are required to call us directly to confirm the registration of their complaint.
Verification Process
- Our quality control team will review the footage. If the damage is verified as a transit issue, we will initiate a replacement or a refund as per the situation.
